Repairs

Defective printed circuit boards are collected from site and returned rapidly in full working order. In particular we have successfully reworked electronics for inverters, motor drives, presses, meat slicers, printing equipment, extruders, packaging machines, instrumentation, temperature controllers, vacuum packaging, Plc's, weighing equipment, cpu equipment, ultrasonic inspection systems etc.

Machines can be upgraded with modern control systems i.e. PLCs in order to replace either defective / obsolete systems. Mechanical components are serviced or replaced where necessary. Bespoke control systems are developed in order to enhance machines performance and efficiency e.g. DC servo drive units and inverters.
