Our Repair Process
01
Enquiry & Assessment
Contact our team with details of the faulty equipment, including the manufacturer, model number and symptoms. We'll discuss the issue, assess repair options and arrange for the equipment to be inspected at our workshop.
02
Fault Diagnosis
Our engineers carry out detailed inspections and electronic fault finding to identify failed components and underlying problems. Using specialist diagnostic equipment and extensive repair experience, we assess the condition of the unit and determine the most practical repair solution.
03
Repair & Testing
Once the repair is authorised, defective components are repaired or replaced using suitable parts. The equipment then undergoes functional and electrical testing wherever practical, helping to verify correct operation before being returned to the customer.
04
Return to Service
Following successful repair and testing, the equipment is prepared for collection or return delivery. Where required, our engineers can also provide on-site assistance with reinstallation, commissioning and further fault finding to help get machinery back into production.
